Privacy

Last updated: July 26, 2026

Short version: I don't track you or sell your information. File-processing tools keep your files on your device. I only receive personal information if you choose to include it in feedback.

What I collect on this site

This home page is plain HTML and JavaScript. It stores a small bookmark-reminder preference in your browser. The Currency Converter also keeps the latest successful public exchange-rate dataset in your browser so it can provide an offline fallback. The only information you actively send from the home page is through the feedback form described below.

When you send me feedback

If you use the feedback form on the home page, your message, and optionally your name and email (only if you fill them in), are emailed to me at devjaybusiness@gmail.com. The form is handled by Netlify (the company that hosts this site). I use this only to read what you sent and reply if you included an email. I don't add you to any mailing list.

What I don't do

The individual tools

The file-processing tools work on your device and do not upload your chosen files to Juankit. The site-wide policy on this page applies to every tool unless a tool displays a more specific notice. Embedded services, such as the YouTube player, receive normal web request information under their own privacy policies.

Currency rate requests

The Currency Converter requests public currency names and daily reference rates from Frankfurter. Your amount, source currency, and selected target currencies are not included in those requests. Frankfurter may receive standard request information such as your IP address and browser headers under its own service practices.

Donations

Donations go through Ko-fi or PayPal. When you click a donate button, you leave this site and land on theirs. They have their own privacy policies.

Server logs

Netlify, the service that hosts this website, automatically records standard web server logs whenever anyone visits — things like IP address, time of visit, and which page was loaded. This is normal for any website and I don't do anything special with those logs.
